It is the only NPC contest worth going to in the DC/MD/VA area, a well-run show and a very lively expo.

There will also be a contest for women's biceps and legs in the expo, with cash prizes. Come on up to the booth, usually on the second level. Competing or not, FBB, figure, fitness, or just a desire to flex and show off, it's all good.

Of course I am mainly pimping my availability for shoots in the area Friday through Sunday (I pay the model and send her all the material).

That's a good contest because Courtney Shifflett (2003 Middleweight & overalls) and Laura Phelps (2004 Lightweight & overalls) had won the contest.

So I'm curious who's the next "Breakout" Star would be?

I also know that Femuscle.org has taken Good photos of that contest as well. Are Gene & James going to be shooting & filming down there? Just curious.

I live 1 1/2 hours away from bodyrock, so I'll be driving up for the day. Missed it the last couple of years so really looking forward to the show this year.
