Heather's a great bb, but it would be wise for her to get her back up to the same level the rest of her physique is. In my opinion you can't be top 5 at the Olympia without great legs and a great back. Heather's got the legs for sure, but her back is weak in relation to not only the rest of her physique but what figures to be the top 4-5 at the Olympia.

That being said, Heather is on the rise, and I have no reason to think she won't continue to improve.

Mark, I hate to disagree with you, especially since I happen to like reading your posts. Honestly, I don't where you come to the conclusion that Dayana has weak arms. I can see the issue with her abs, but her arms, while not being like Annie's are no less than others like Lisa A., Bonny, etc.

Besides, in the history of women's bb arms are probably the least important bodypart (I know the schmoes are banging their heads against the wall at the thought of that). It's nice if you have great arms, but Lenda, Kim, and Iris didn't have the best arms among their peers either. And when I say back in the case of Heather it's not just her apparent lack of muscle density and width, but also her lack of detail throughout the entire back of the body, top to bottom. To me that is much more glaring issue than whatever weakness Dayana has. Dayana's conditioning gives her the appearance of being shrink-wrapped from the top to bottom, front and back.

And I say this in total objectivity. I know Heather, and I happen to think she is very nice. I have never spoken to Dayana. What I'm saying is based on what I see. Sorry if it's not what you want to read.
