Figure and Fitness Camp in Daytona Beach!!

Hey all!!

I am hosting a figure and fitness camp featuring the training of Mike Davies at my Daytona Beach, Club Boom fitness location the weekend of July 21st!!

For anyone interested in working with Mike, I would HIGHLY reccomend this particular camp. Club Boom is an awesome facility, and the Daytona area is relatively cheap for travel.

And, you have the added bonus of working with Shannon Dey. I've had the privilege to work with Shannon...and let me tell you, the woman could teach strength moves to a monkey! LOL!! She breaks them down so simply and teaches you step by step drills---and in addition to that, motivates you to compete in fitness.

As part of Team Bombshell, I can tell you that Shannon has single-handedly converted many "I'm not coordinated and I'm not a gymnast so I do figure" girls into die-hard fitness girls.

For those of you who don't know Babydoc, she is the fabulous up and comming fitness competitor Sandi Stewart!! She is right on the verge of turning pro and will be competing in the Team U, this weekend!! Not only is she a beautiful, fantastic competitor, but she is a great representative of our sport...this beauty also has brains and is a practicing physician!!!
