Does anyone think it would be interesting to see bodybuilding contest have a "pagent style"evening gown round with the athletes still posing and flexing??

These photos I found made me think of this question....

LOL Speaking as a competitor, I would say no thanks. The more we can avoid turning BB competitions into beauty pageants, the better!
If anyone wants to see how good I look in a fancy dress, then you can come out partying with me after the show! :cheers:

LOL.......well I guess fans would rather see athletes up close in their gowns more so than on stage.

Still....It did seem like an interesting concept though..... :)

This would be better as an exhibition ... like part of a guest posing routine, or something done between rounds of a scored competition.

Female physique athletes do look amazing in backless/strapless/sleeveless dresses ... but these same dresses do tend to cover up about 2/3 of the overall physique for which they've worked so hard to develop.
