The Dark Knight!
Hello, hello! Sorry, I will definitely not come back to unreal with a few of those guys still over there...... this is my home and I love it here. The guys at FTV monitor this board very closely and make sure the fbb's are treated with respect that they deserve, as everyone does! At unrealmuscle.com there is no moderation, so sorry... unless personalities have changed (which I know they haven't) I can't come back. But anyone willing to be a positive support system of fbb's is ALWAYS welcome over here!!! :)
Thanks for the post!!

I'm at UnrealMuscle right now. Just new there but, um, it looks like it could potentially turn into something like what it is at The Valkyrie board (which is a great board, but you have the odd person who comes in and, rather than give a constructive opinion, instead try to shock with insanely abrasive comments). It's too bad; only so many boards, and yet they can do so much damage.

wekes, I used to try and be positive there... but when you get an 8 PAGE POST ON "AMANDA DUNBAR'S FACE" lol lol it tends to get a little bit annoying and hard to be positive anymore. The people there are just plain rude and immature.

Dark Knight, alot seem to do it to fulfill a longing to be heard by, well, anyone. Quick analogy: It's like going onto a Star Wars board and hearing someone continually slam Hayden Christensen's acting. They just want to feel IMPORTANT. And we all know that they're not (LOL).

That's EXACTLY what we're trying to create here - a board where fbbers feel at home, and where genuine fans can support them. There are plenty of other boards out there that seemed to be filled with guys who are obsessed with fbbers and yet seem to say the nastiest things about them all the time. Very weird in my opinion, and not what we want on here.

kudos to you and Gene. Any movement forward for our women, it comes from unity. Have fbb been formally targeted and asked to join this board? (tis a newer board right?) Maybe its the frustrated social worker/legal assist in me but if if there was one board, a safe one, why not lobby to bring women in, let them feel the safety and build the bonds that are needed to stop fbb from fading to the back, back, back room or the LOCAL expo floor....

I am there at Unreal Muscle as some of you may know and your situation over there touched me, Amanda. When that happened, I made the decision I'd stay and fight. I support your decision to leave and I understand. Your most important battle is on the stage in a month, but I really want to defend the honor of some of my favorite bodybuilders like you and Melissa and some others and I just won't let the disruptive non-supportive people take that place away from me. So that is kind of an unmoderated or lightly moderated battleground, but here Gene, James, and Hans have it going on. They are smooth pro's at what they do and I can read of your struggles and know that you are opening up in a largely supportive environment. Rock on.

Hi Amanda,
just wanted to take a second to let you know you are looking AWESOME on your latest pics!! I hardly can believe the level of hardness, vascularity and definition you achieved at a point 4 weeks prior to a show!! Wow!! As I posted in an earlier message to this Board I can feel the butterflies in my stomach whenever I see pictures of you, but now these butterflies seem to get bigger and bigger every day!! You are a truly AWESOME person, I am sooo impressed with you, with all your dedication and your efforts you put into your contest prep!
You and all the other woman in the Board show what woman in Bodybuilding can achieve and what FBBs are made off!! So a big thums up to all of you!!
But since I am really, really impressed with you, Amanda, take this as a big, big cheer-up from one of your biggest fans!! You will be awesome in Vegas, all the hard work will pay off and the AMANDA 2005 will be what female bodybuilding is all about!!
Good luck to all of you ladies and big big wave to my personal favourite amanda Dunbar!! :) :) :)

Oouuch! Hey, be fair. Some of us at unrealmuscle are very supportive of you and any other fbb that comes our way. We're not all clowns, at least not all the time.....well..... ok, alot of the times we're goofy as hell but we usually get ourselves straightened out after awhile. None the less, there's plenty of positive stuff at that board, if ya look for it. Just don't forget your boots kuz it gets a little deep sometimes. If you prefer sandals then it will never be worth the grief. OK, I'm loosing it with this whole boot/sandal/deeps**t analogy, but there really are many people their that respect you and others like you, Amanda.
Then there's a group that want to be positive and supportive but just can't help but let their 'OPINION' about some irrelevant or obscure point get in the way of an otherwise decent discussion. Some folks just feel compelled to give you their 2 cents so that their 'genius' will be evident.
Then there are a few crazies that are just plain disruptive whenever possible. I guess when it's all said and done at URM it's not such a great place for an fbb who needs to keep herself focused. But I kinda like it, most of the time.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is that we're not all jerks all the time. We'd sure like to have you back there but as I've said to Maxt once before, I don't think wild horses could drag you back. If they did though, we'd pick ya up, dust ya off and then someone would inevitably say something offensive again just as sure as dachshunds with erections hate climbing stairs.
Anyway, I sincerely hope that you do great in Vegas!
