Wow. In just a few quick seconds of search, I turned up this disgruntled former client's web testimonial on Dwight Agnor, the head of this organization you point to...

I would say, don't do it.
If you want to be discovered, get a camcorder, make a cool vid of 3 min, make a blog at http://www.blogger.com, and post the vid on YouTube and about six other vid companies, post the vid on your blog, make a business card, send some email links to the blog, and you're off to the races.
But this other thing does not look good at all.

Don't say I didn't warn ya. It's people like him that are just laying in wait for this.
As to the other matter of my suggestion, I understand your time commitments, but setting up a blog on Blogger -- http://www.blogger.com -- only takes 9 min tops. Go there now.
Once you do that, you can post your own photos with a push of a button. And all for no cost!
It's really a matter of getting out of your comfort zone. It's not getting you what you want, so why turn to reported scam artists like this guy? That makes no logic test at all. Zero.
Do it yourself. Make it a habit.
I have a friend who's in your boat -- she will not take the time to do the simple things to promote herself; she wants other people to do it for her and so makes bad decisions and wonders why she's not more visible.
Blogging is easy. Many people feel they have to write a book, when three sentences and link is fine, once a day. People who blog all day and get traffic can clear livable money. But you gotta get out of the comfort zone that searches for people like this guy.
Geez....
It's frustrating to watch. It really is, when one cares. Which is my other point, many people don't. They'll just wave you on with a smile.
So when someone takes time to give you advice, take heed. And I could be wrong about this guy, but regardless, it's good to be good to yourself and do your own promo work.
Happy Holidays.
