Hey Gene, James, Hans & Maxt I've gotto find out from anyone of you Guys if you've seen this show which airs on Wednesday Nights on NBC (The 2 hour season finale is on on Wednesday Night December 13, 2006 at 8:00 PM - 10:00PM EST "Eastern Standard Time").

And there's this Beautiful & Attractive Personal Trainer for the Red Team whose name is Kim and just from looking at her she would look like she would make a very Beautiful Olympic Gymnast, IFBB Pro Fitness or a Top Ranked NPC/IFBB Middleweight/Light-Heavyweight Bodybuilder.

I know this sounds strange Guys but I've could've sworned that I've seen her in one of the Major Bodybuilding/Fitness Magazines out there a couple of years ago.

If you Guys have any info on her Please Hollerback and let me know, Thanks.

Again 2 hour Season Finale of "The Biggest Loser" will be on at 8PM EST on WDIV-TV Channel 4 (NBC in Detroit) as well as on Channel 24 (NBC in Toledo, OH) and on the NBC Network for everyone outside of Southeastern Michigan/Northwest Ohio areas. :dj_spnnin :)

Kim Lyons. She is an IFBB Fitness Pro, though I don't think she has competed in a few years.

So far the show in my opinion is a success and (I know that I'll recieve some critisism on this but...) if I had to choose between watching this show & "American Idol" then there's no contest, I'll watch The Biggest Loser anyday.

Plus Thanks folks on the info on Kim Lyons the Personal Trainer for the Red Team. I'll have to give both her and Bob Harper the Trainer for the Blue Team for their methods of whipping the contestants into top physical shape.

I'll put "The Biggest Loser" right along with "Extreme Makeover", "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition", "The Swan", "Pimp My Ride", "Iron Chef America" as some of the types of "Reality TV" shows that I would watch.

So far that I was impressed with how the results of the Kim & Bob's training methods have turned out, plus in the Audience I couldn't help but to noticed that There was some folks that looked like Olympic Track Champions Carl & Carol Lewis, IFBB Pro Gunter Scheilkamp (I'm not sure that I've spelled his name correctly), Nancy O'Dell from NBC's "Access Hollywood" besides the Family & Friends of the contestants in the Audience Wenesday Evening. :)

So far the Top 4 remaining finalists was Heather from Utah, Wylie (The Crowd Favorite) from Florida, Rick from New York and Kai from Alaska. Heather was not able to go for the final weigh-in because of her pregnacy, but the show was nice enough to give her a Nursery for her new Baby.

Wylie, Rick & Kai were the remaing 3 contestants for the final weigh-in with Rick having the Biggest weight loss of the contestants and winning the Grand Prize for becoming the "The Biggest Loser".

I've also found out that the show will be on next season and they're looking for some new contestants so Go to NBC's website to find the link to "The Biggest Loser" for anyone interested in joining to compete on next season's show.

And the Good thing about this show is that the folks who competed on this show looks at least 16 -20 yrs younger because of the benefits of diet & excercise that they may take it with them after they're done with the show.

I'll admit that with all of the misery that's gone on in the world, I Love Happy Endings. I'm looking forward to checking out next season's show. :)
