Motto in life:
Think positive! Give of yourself! You will not get more fun than what you make of it!

Trained since:
I have always trained and competed in different sports.
When I was 16 years old I started with gym-training.
For competitions I have trained since 1996.

Why did I start training?
Started to gym-train after an accident, were I injured my back.
I also wanted to become a better cross-country skier and runner.
Quickly I realized that this was my THING!
I had talent, but missed the expertise and courage for competing.
I had very high demands, and did not want to make a fool of myself as an FBB.
Where I grow up, bodybuilding was not accepted as a sport.
When I met my husband in 1996 I got the help I needed, and decided to compete.
Most people, especially my closest family, thought I was silly.
I was told that I was too old, and that this was no good for my children.
But it was my life, and I was tired of doing what everyone thought was suitable.
How people treated me, gave me a kick to show them that I could do it!

Why do I compete?
To compete is a way for me to graduate my training.
It also is a way for me to meet other people with same interest.
Most of them are great athletes, with great personality. We are all like a big family.
My husband and children are always with me when I compete.
Since my daughter was 10 yeas old, she has been my coach together with my husband.
They also use to help/coach other athletes behind stage.

Future
Wish to gain 1-2 kg of muscles without loosing my symmetry. Priority: Legs.
I also want to get more ripped legs.
Hopefully I also will get the opportunity to compete outside of Scandinavia.

Speak freely:
I am a realistic FBB who loves what I am doing.
I know that I donīt look like model, and that I am too old to make a living out of my sport.
But I love training and competing, and hope that I still can do that for many years.
What I also care about, is that the world shall accept FBB like they accept other athletes.

Merits:
