Happy Holidays folks. I found a website called Strongwomen that features various programs and information to help develop "strong women" inside and out.
But what seems especially valuable to FBBs who may be trainers, is the invitation to become a local leaders of a Strongwomen program. Go here for a basic presentation of the program and a link to sign up for the local leaders initiative:
