Hows Got The Best Abs In Figure And Fitness

Hi, just wondering if you guys could help me come up with an answer I've been searching for a while.

The question is which female competitors has the best abs. I have my favourites as I sure you guys do. So I'm sure between us all we could come up with a top 5.

To say sombody got good abs is one thing but to see them is the real proof. So if you do reply to this thread adding pictures of your favourite abs will help us all.

So I'll start with some of my favourites.

Did you mean to include FBBs, too? Johanna Dejager is a natural bodybuilder. The quality of her super-deep six-pack is unquestioned, of course.

Great pics of Breann and Ava. Breann must spend every idle moment of her day doing crunches to carve in that kind of deep detail. As for Ava, her lower ab veins certainly get my attention.

I agree with you about Tara Scotti. I also like Adela Garcia's abs.

Thanks guys for your input so far. We are now starting to build a healthly list . Thanks toTriBiSigh for amazing picutures of Johanna Dejager. Her abs in the photo where shes wearing the green bikini top are amazing. Her body fat levels must be very low. I would love to see what her diet and abs workout are like, she is defianly in my top 5.

When I started this thread yesterday I mention 4 of my favourite female competitors with abs. Well I would like to add another in to the mix her name is Irene Chena Garnett. Check the photo below. Will she make into the final top 5 come back New Years Day when I will put the top 5 together. So if your favourite not there get post or she could miss out. Remember name are good but pictures are better, so where possible attach photos to your post.

I think in the near future we won't see the same quality abs in figure/fitness. Considering they are going for a softer look..........the body fat levels will be higher.

The pendulum may swing back the other way before too long. But in the meantime ... look to foreign competitors for your hardness fix. I notice that many of the competitors in WABBA figure and fitness events are hard like American bodybuilders.

Yes. I actually don't mind the soft look. The NPC is getting to soft however. Contests like Ms Fit America........just dumb almost.
