...to earn a pro card? Maybe a simple question but i'm somewhat confused right now. There is a dutch figure girl that never won the dutch nationals or placed in the top 6 off an european or world championship (not with the ifbb or other organisation)but she recently got her pro card and (alltough i haven't seen her on the official list) an invitation to the Arnold Classic.
Any idea?

There are various ways to get a pro card - usually you have to win specific competitions (World Championships for most countries would qualify you). In the US there are many chances as well. However, anyone at any time can ask their federation for a pro card. If the federation approves it, then they can turn pro.

There are many athletes that have turned pro this way.
