Hey everyone! Just wanted to stop by and share some publicity with you!
I am featured in this month's issue of Muscle & Body magazine! The 3 page article that begins on page 56 is titled "Muscle Mom"..you can pick up a free copy at any Vitamin Shoppe store.
Next, my dvd is available for pre-order on my website! The documentary takes you through my 2006 contest prep. to the Team U in New York.

Yes!! We are expecting our 3rd child this summer;) I am now 14 weeks pregnant. Still busy running my personal training/ coaching business,
Steps To Success, and running around with our daughter who is 8 and son who is 3. I will return to competition after having the baby and nursing again for a year like I did with our other two. I even have all my shows picked out!:)
The premeire for my dvd is this weekend..I have a bunch of family and friends coming over to watch it..can't wait to see the final work of art!

Thank you..LOL! I know you all think I'm crazy:) but when we are all much much older and our bodies are no longer what they are now the people we love and that love us are all we have...noone ever sais at the end of their life..I should have worked more...they say I should have spent more time with my children, my family.
The greatest investment in the future is our children.

Thanks Hans! My husbnad and I were certain we were done after having our daughter and son but I had a change of heart after going through a mis carriage after the Team U. Immediately after a competition a women's body is in no condition to grow a new life:) So I suppose it was God's way of telling us the pregnancy wasn't healthy. So the month after we were pregnant!:)
My family has great fertility genes;)
I really felt it was a message to me and our family that I had a greater calling for the time being and there was another little one waiting to be part of our family...so here I am..and the stage will still be there when I return after having the baby.

Thank you so much for your words! I am actually preping 3 clients for a competition this spring...a smaller team then last year but that just gives me more availability for other clients as well.
We just had a 'premier party" tonight for my dvd...it was so fun and everyone loved the film! i hope it goes over well with everyone..the money is going to help us finish my studio..that will be the location for filming my next training dvd!

Congratulations Jennifer! I just wanted to say you are right on about "family first"! I wish you the best. My husband and I have been trying a couple of years and we are now 12 weeks pregnant. Although competing has taken a back seat, to me it will all be worth it. Best of luck!

If you always keep what is most important first, it is possible to have both...a wonderful family and a career, that includes competitive bodybuilding. I plan to compete again after nursing the baby for a year, just like I did with our first two...then maybe someday I can earn the honor of Pro status from the Team U and have the opportunity to compete professionally. Only time will tell if my structure and life has what it takes.

Great to hear so many have had the chance to read the article, I was very happy with it! As for the dvd..it's awesome and I hope you decide to order it...sooo different from any other bodybuilding documentary you have ever seen...just the fact I am a mother gives so much to it:) Scenes from my photo shoots, my training, interviews, training my clients, my trip to New York when I competed...we had a preview party with family and friends and we all loved it!! I hope you do too! They will be mailed out very soon..we are printing the covers and adding the finishing touches:) You can pre-order from my home page.
