Just about ANYTHING really, really trendy, like an expression, can get on my nerves (but that includes all those people MAKING FUN of it, not just the FANS of it). So for a long while, "You go, girl" has kind of bothered me, but mainly for THAT reason.

How about putting one of us little bodybuilders in like Barbara Fletcher or even me, Barbara arms are amazing for her size and me being under 5 feet too also have 14 1/2 inch biceps. We seem to get forgotten in the pack sometimes because we are not huge, but we are pretty huge for our height.

It's too hard to narrow it down to five, though right now I can name four (if that makes any sense). There's Debbie Bramwell, Colette Guimond, Trudy Ireland and Nikki Fuller. (The first time I saw her, it was a behind the scenes kind of spot during an ESPN showing of a contest. She was lifting very big dumbbells, and I was completely bowled over by her arms.)

there is only one woman with a totally ripped triceps and a big biceps.

A list for 5 five when it comes to arms,,,,not just biceps, but overall arms.
Here's my list off the top of my head, in no particular order:
1) Annie Rivieccio
2) Elena Seiple
3) Gina Davis
4) Kim Perez
5) Joanna Thomas

I'm sure I might edit my list as time goes by, but this is what comes to mind.

**I should mention Renee' Toney, but she doesn't compete enough in the NPC or the IFBB for that matter. That being said, her arms are in a different league, apart from the great competitors I've listed.

I know the "best arms" poll is over, but one that I wish I'd mentioned is Claudia Profanter. Anyone who saw her in the Ms. Olympias and other places, and saw that "thing" she did with her triceps, would almost think of her name as synonymous with triceps.
