It's not always offensive, but that is a pretty overworked joke. And actually being afraid of that because she's athletic is a real generalization (of course, this was "just a story.") Of course, it doesn't compare with all-out insult jokes - on the site "ForumSaradas," there were a lot of complaints about that "Axe" commercial with Jitka Harazimova, because on the one hand, it was "exposure" for her, but on the other hand, it WAS a genuine insult about FBBs (joke or otherwise). Can you tell me which commercial you referred to? (It might be too late - til they're shown again - to catch those episodes, but I wanted to watch for the commercial.)

I got to see it and record it last night (thank you, numenlad). She looked really wonderful, including that smile - I know it was just a story, but how could the two of them be put off by her?!

I agree with just about everything you say, except that I've always been crazy about Chyna in an ALL-AROUND way! - as opposed to your reaction when you first saw her. But a similar thing happened to me the first time I saw an FBB at off-season weight - I didn't happen to go for her face (though there was nothing wrong with it at all), but the GENERAL APPEARANCE really astonished me. (I think it might have been Karla Nelson.) I have two questions about that Van Damme film (if you can remember these things). First, which one was it? (Though I could probably find it on "IMDB.") Second, was this fight scene between her and the Van Damme character himself, or was it between her and another woman? (It's just that, action movies usually seem to go for that second thing - even when it ISN'T an actual "cat fight" scene - and the first thing is a lot more rare, so I was curious.)

Thank you for those pictures. Like Chyna, Cory and others, she's had a bit of a career in general TV, like an episode of Mama's Family, playing a wrestler, and an episode of the SF sitcom "Out Of This World," playing an actress playing a costumed super-heroine. When I first saw it, FBBs were relatively new to me, so she was a real surprise. (I have a faulty copy of the one show, but wish I had a copy of the other.)

There's a new Segal straight to video epic where he fights two bodybuilders. I saw a clip but didn't have the name of it.
He's about 300lbs now.
