Can an avg female be considered fit or in shape?
Can a figure, fitness or BB competitor be considered fit or in shape or way above that?
Someone stated to me she felt an avg female could be FIT and I disagreed and wanted to hear yalls opinion.
So chime away...

Of course an average person can be in shape.
Look at Olympic marathoners. A bodybuilder could not even come close to running a marathon in that amount of time. The marathon runner obviously has an excellent cardiovascular system, but could not lift nearly as much as a bodybuilder. So who's in better shape? The one with a better cardiovascular system? The one who has more muscle? The lady who eats clean and lives a stress free life while doing cardio twice a week for 30 minutes?
Healthy is seen in all shapes way and form. I don't necessarily consider bodybuilders all healthy.........the dieting down is not healthy and maintaining that amount of muscle is not healthy.
There are tribes in Africa that don't eat any meat, don't have any stress and on average live till 103/104.
Many fitness competitors and bodybuilders screw up their metabolism from cutting year after year.....doing 2 hours of cardio a day on 1500 calories is hard on the body.
I personally don't look at somebody who has lots of muscles showing and think healthy. If a worldwide famine occured the first people to go would be the bodybuilders because they are used to intaking lots of food........it would be a shock to their system if supplies were limited. We actually discussed this in one of my classes.
I think "healthy" is a relative term. I think little stress, a healthy diet, regular exercise and a good sense of spirituality is all a person really needs to be healthy. So once again.....yes, the average person can be healthy.

But thx for your insight...
You said "maintaining that amount of muscle is not healthy."
So are you saying the muscle on lightweights, middleweights and light heavyweights is not healthy???
why is maintaining that amount of muscle is not healthy???

Fit.....healthy......I think if you are healthy you are fit.
Yes.....having the amount of muscle that Ronnie Coleman or Iris Kyle has is not healthy because it is very hard on the organs. Bodybuilding.com and Getbig.com have some great articles on this. Remember though, that these athletes intake alot of steroids, and certain steroids cycled improperly can have damaging effects on organs also. Generally to be a heavyweight in bodybuilding you are cycling something. I've seen natural lightweights and natural middleweights, but I have not yet met a natural heavyweight.
My point.....to maintain huge amounts of muscle you must take steroids in great doses, which can be damaging to the organs.

If an average woman (not competing in bb, fitness or figure) goes to the gym, watches what she eats, does cardio, and keeps her bodyfat pretty low then I would say she's fit.

You know Bodybuilding is in my opinion one of the greatest endeavours humans can partake in due to the physical changes one can influence and transform one's self toward through progressive resistance training, diet adjustments, supplementation and aerobic or anaerobic forms of exercise. It is more than possible for an average woman to be fit through bodybuilding. In fact it is quite possible for a below average woman to be fit through practicing basic and completely sound bodybuilding principles over a relatively short period of time.

If cycled properly steroids are safe. Death.........there has never been one documented case of steroids causing death. Some major side effects....yes.
Things that scare me.......enlarged clit......check out videos of Denise Masino's........looks like a miniature penis.
Deepened voice, extra body hair and square head (Monica Brant and excessive GH)
I am pro steroids in bodybuilding, but the side effects scare me as well.
I know pro competitors that do over $5000 per month in gear. Good thing they have sponsors.

No female.....$100.00.........perhaps one week on one thing. This also includes testing......the pros want to know they are putting good **** in their bodies so they test it....this costs also. But if you ask Iris or Dayana its gonna be alot.

If all it takes is mentioning steroids to get you to step off a thread I'll have to keep that in mind:)

Let me pose this question.......
Who is fitter.......the marathon runner that runs 42 km in2.5 hours, or the bodybuilder that benches 300 pounds?
I'd say they are both pretty "fit." Even though they couldn't do the other.

there is only viromone or winstrol depot a woman can take without changing her voice. 1 ampulle in the week will be enough. 1 costs 5 $.
in the 100$ i allready included ephedrin and aminos.
watch your foodintake , plenty of protein (350 gramms) and you dont need all the stuff.
my girl earns 1000$ with her job , how you think she could spend 5000$ for steroids????

Very easily plus testing. What are you talking about? I have no idea what you are saying in any of this post. Redo it in full sentences please.

Can you write the post above in German? Chris100000 is from Germany. He is married to Jana, an IFBB Pro bodybuilder. Chris often struggles with English while trying to participate in the discussions on this forum. I personally think that it is great to have people, like Chris, from different parts of the world who try to participate on this forum despite language barriers.
