ah i may take this one off i had a little problem a few months back ! 2 massive ulcers ! i lost 3 liters of blood ! icu for 5 days ! it takes time to build my blood count back up ! an get this it was from aspirin (eca stack) also i want to come back as a heavy ! i was only 190 there ! im like 245 now ! still pretty lean ! i will post current pics also !

i wasnt in it ! a freind was his 2nd show ! he wasnt dry enough ! he was an light heavy its not easy !
i would love to come back next year as a heavy weight !
