Hey thanks! I could have looked better had I not tried to make weight for Middles but oh well...a lesson learned. I know for this year to just let it ride and come in a Light Heavy.

Elena - You looked INCREDIBLE onstage in Dallas. The amazing thing to me is that you were the lightest of the 20 lhws who competed (list of competitors and weights is here (http://www.billdobbins.com/PUBLIC/art/scores/2004/Nationals04/weight-height/FBB-lt_heavy.jpg)). I'm sure most people in the audience would never would have known that from looking at you all in the line-up. It just goes to show how freakin awesome your shape and conditioning was.

Can't wait to see you looking even better at your next show, whatever that is. ;)

I was nervous I will admit...i am not used to coming in at the bottom of the class! But wow it was an amazing feeling to be called out in that group of top 6. They were all amazing each in thier own way...I was honored.

Thank you so much! I truly appreciate it. I have not slacked since the Nats last year and have been working hard to be that much better my next show.
