Dear James,
you really should think of offering PayPal-Payment. Many people don't have a credit-card (like myself) and have no way to pay to another country. I know, there is the way of sending cash but there is also a little risk involved which a lot of people don't want to take.
If you offered PayPal I (and a few friends) would immediately buy a few DVD, believe me. You should think about it.

We have set up PayPal for Sarah Sawall's donation fund so I can share with James how to set that up, but I'll let him respond himself here...

Ya, i wish more of the sites had that. Signing up would be so much easier. I hope fitness and bodybuilders really think about adding that to their site as a payment plan. Paypal is the way to go.
