Where can I meet a female bodybuilder?

hi i am a big fan of the sport of women bodybuilding and i live in NYC.Now are female bodybuilders intimidated by the fact that there are so many people in the city, because I haven't had the opportunity to ever see one of the beautiful ladies up close. If there is anyone out there who has experienced this dilemma or any marvelous fbb ladies reading this please give me some advice on what to do.

Do you workout? if so, I would start in the gym where you go. Are there any FBB that work out in your gym? if there are you can ask them if they compete or not. That's always a good way to strike up a conversation and if they do ask when their next show is, etc. If not, you can look for another gym :headscrat lol sorry or try going to some of the local shows, etc. Team Universe is a huge show with a great turnout and Steve and Bev always put together a great show-Have you been there? just my personal opinions. :)
