....I have not being reading Muscle & Fitness !!!!:confused:I got the September 2007 issue and I have to say I liked what I read. There was the annual NFL strength team which they have been doing a number of years. There was also a great article on a young man named Vernon Davis that plays Football for the San Francisco 49ers and how strength training and its inherent benefits further helped him get out of a very un desireable situation with both parents unable to raise him. I think Muscle & Fitness today is not really about competitive bodybuilding or competitive bodybuilders per se but how bodybuilding, strength training and overall fitness helps people from all phases of life in sports or just everyday activities.
