HP commercial

I just saw it for the first time, but there's an odd commercial for Hewlitt-Packard, that shows a woman from the neck down (an effect I've almost never cared for in pictures, with men or women). The thing is, she seems to have FBB arms ; at least, what you would call lightweight, competition weight ones. Or maybe, more like Fitness ones. Does anyone know if this IS an athlete, or who she might be?
