Hey! For any one that is interested, I posted a mini video clip on my gym's MySpace page. If you ever were curious on how we train this clip will give you a glimps of what we do, from training, competitions, fund raisers to community service. Thank you guys, I'm going to document my entire journey to the USA's this time. I will catch the tail end of my bulking phase/power lifting thru my leaning down/circut training. I will also film the entire two weeks prior to the USA's when I get my suit done, nails & hair. Everything!!! Good times and the days I just want to quit!
