yes i know that... but if your in front of the camera you cant be in charge of all the settings. This is a trick I heard and wonder if it works.

Chris, that never seems to work for me or most people I've seen using it. It fails because the iris doesn't close down quickly enough and the pupils are still huge.

James - you method does usually work, however, I'm too focused on getting people to look at the camera and forget to ask. It works because of the change in the angle of reflection.
