The buzz is that the 20 percent rule has been pretty much thrown out the window by the competitors. Everyone is huge and shredded.

The Orleans is an OK place so far.

I love the pictures, James! The girls look amazing and I'm glad to hear that they are bringing to the stage their best physiques! Female bodybuilder's aren't going anywhere...20% or not. Cheers to the ultimate individual sport! Good luck to all the competitors! Take it easy, James...or at least try. ;) You rock! :)

It's hard to tell with everyone in clothes, but it definitely looks like Iris and Yaxeni haven't compromised at all and are as huge and shredded as ever (if not more so in Iris's case). This is going to be interesting...
