I am a serious work out girl!! I have been thinking about doing a fitness/figure competition, but I am not totally at that stage yet. I am just about there, but I am going to keep working even harder to get there!!! I just started a good ketosis diet two weeks ago and I am loving the results I am seeing so far. Even the last time I did this diet, I still could not get totally cut abs, so I have been building up my ab muscles like crazy and I am hoping to see some amazing results. Does anyone have any good tips for me?
