It is a very nice website Tina. Really good to know a lot more about you. It is really refreshing to read about how a person who works in a fulltime non fitness related job handles a schedule like you do. It gives inspiration to all of us in the rat race to never lose perspective and to keep lifting and working out. I look forward to reading and seeing more of you in your adventures in fbbing. Take care now.

Thanks. It really does take a lot of planning. And definitely the support from my family and friends helps tremendously.

Tina do you have future plans to make a dvd chronicling your highlights, training, interests, interview about yourself, what you like ,philosophies, everything about you?
This is a good way for people to know you and to see your progress. Also to see a different side of you as a person. Oh yes, some would like to see your posing routines.

I haven't really thought about making a DVD about myself. I don't know. Maybe. I'll definitely think about though.

Hey Aunt Tina, It's Chris. <Smile>
I was online today just thinking and missing my family when I came to the
realization that you had made and competed in a national competition.
Did a "google" for your name and lo-and-behold; You're name pops up in
several links regarding muscle mags and competitions. heh, Don't worry,
lol I'm not going to mention anything to Grandma. She's already a bit down
that we're not going to visit this year.
Actually, I'm a bit bummed about that myself. Was looking forward to it.
Not sure if you've heard yet, but Hel and I bought a house and will be moving
the last two weeks of November.
The spuds are doing well. Sadie's starting to walk around now; She'll take
about 5 - 10 steps across the floor then "PLOP" lol . She walks like a little
Ape, sort of scrunches a bit down and wobbles across the floor.. lol
Tyler - oh man, what to say. He's a little boy with my wife's memory. This
boy remembers things from last year that I don't even know. If I show him a
picture of our family, he names each one of them. He still remembers
Grandpa's Birthday party and the fact that Nathan had a stomach ache.. lol
I'm in trouble I can tell.. heh <Smile>
I'm still Mr. Mom here, Attempting to learn about photography. Was going
well till we had to move, now it's back to square one. I'm looking for a job
right now, if only to pay for schooling and/or some photography equipment.
An SLR is great to start but I'd like to purchase some sort of lighting
equipment. Nothing fancy, but something so I can practice and shoot shoot
shoot.. lol
What else may I have forgotten? Well, mentally I'm still working on that. It's
been really difficult the last 10 - 15 years trying to deal with the work force,
trying to figure out just what is it that makes me have mental breakdowns
and panic attacks. Why when placed in conversations with people, I would
litteraly go blank and fog out. About a year ago I went to search for those
answers and spoke with several psychologists/psychotherapists/psychiatrists.
Turns out, via several weeks of testing that I have AD/HD along with some
GAD's relating to stress. Well, given that knowledge and the help of my
therapists, we've tried to work out a sort of "work related field" guide to help
keep me interested as well as keep the level of stress down to a minimum.
That's how the photography idea came to me. Of course all this wouldn't be
possible to fuction without the use of some medication. That was a given.
Therapy alone wouldn't help if the chemicals in my brain wheren't balanced as
they should be. Anyhow, I'm a much calmer / and less "Twitchy" person than
before. Still me, only "clearer". Sort of the same as being able to see with
glasses rather than without.
I really miss you <Sad Smiley> Guess I can't get the image of having the "kid"
in me remembering when you and Aunt Rita would babysit or take us out to
the park/ movies whathave you out of my head. I know, I know, that was
over 15 - 20 year ago. lol
I'm extreamly proud of you, I've always thought of you as my "hero" when
growing up; even years before you started weight training. I could never
understand how you accomplished and achieved the goals you did, yet you
did anyhow and look at you now; Placing w/in the top 3 of a national
competition. It brought me to tears when actually seeing your name and
pictures and thinking.. "That's my aunt.. oh my god, she really did it. Go Aunt
Ti" <Big Grin>
Anyhow, I think I may have overwritten my message. lol Just wanted to let
you know that I love you and am proud. Keep up the great work Aunt Tina.
<Smile>
-Love, Chris-

Just like my family. I'm number 1 of 8 and among the cousins from both sides my family is the youngest. needless to say my youngest sister is the youngest of all. The only person younger than her would be a niece or nephew. :)
