Hey just wanted to give you all an update since I saw Nikki on Monday.

She's been training hard and I thought she looked amazing. Her upper body is really coming in and she's actually going to be in a rock video airing soon.

Pretty cool. The smile on the guy's face after Nikki kisses him is hilarious. lol. Nikki seems to do great as far getting mainstream exposure - I remember a while back she was in a "Right Guard" commercial.

I remember an old WPW tape of the 1990 USA's that included a bikini contest outside at the expo the day before the show. Nikki was shown in the crowd flexing her grapefruit sized arms and the faces on the folks around that were there for the bikini contest are priceless.

I just went to her new website. That is obviously not Golds, the cielings are too low. She is a real veteran having won the Emerald Cup in the Eighties. I hope she recaptures her old form. I saw her at the Arnold Classic in 2001 and she looked great. That was ten years after I saw her win the Jan Tana. She looked super that weekend as well. These wonderful ladies of bodybuilding that l adore like Nikki, Denise Rutkowski, Diana Dennis, Cory Everson...I am never going to forget them. I'll always be interested in knowing how they are doing and be interested in supporting them. As soon as Nikki's website takes members I'll join it just because I am interested in supporting her comeback to competition.

Yeah I am not sure what the gym those shots may have been taken in, but regardless, she's looking good. Definitely one of the best of the 80s BBs

It was a pretty nice gym. I know she has owned a couple of gyms. Knowing the gym business from the perspective of an owner is just one more of her awesome accomplishments.
