Last weekend there was a fitness en figure competition in the netherlands. Alltough it was not a major competition the girls performed good, for some it was their first competition. In this competition fitness and figure girls also had to do a muscular round and there was even a posedown! :)

the guest poser looks like a bodybuilder but from the open handed posing it seems she's figure? Impressive!

The guestposer was a german bodybuilder by the name off Sibylle Upmann.

She is simply stunning. She got her midsection exceptionally lean, and didn't get docked for it in the judging. Too bad American judges don't follow suit.
