Thanks for the pic you posted, buffdoll. Seems you've got "snakey" little vein running up your right oblique a lot of the time ... but I'd never seen a shot of your abs quite as veiny as the one you've posted here. Was that shot fairly soon after competition?

You know what's interesting? A lot of the best vascularity caught on camera seems to occur during immediate post-comp photshoots. After the cheat meal and hydration.

The black-and-white adds so much contrast. Her vascularity looks ... well ... meteorological. Like a lightning storm.

Buffdoll -- have you ever had a chance to have B&W shots taken like that? Artistic body part studies would be stunning ... especially if taken post-competition (like the Moss photo above). Judging by the pictures in this thread, your lower abdominal/hip bone area would present startling vascularity in black and white -- smaller veins which get washed out in conventional color pictures would come to the fore. The same would be true of a shot of the veins and striations visible in the deltoids, or the veins of the "pinky" side of the forearms (between the elbow bone and pinky).

Damn ... these pics are SO motivating ! I dunno about you other guys but I for one can see way past the carnal aspect of the pictures and really appreciate the guts and discipline it takes to maintain a physique like that.

Ladies if you please , can you tell me :
- what bodyfat % is it to look like that
- how many weeks of dieting does it take from a bulked up body
- how hard is it to stay in that condition , or is it only possible for a few days pre/post comp ?

( starting my first ever cut Jan 1 - really need appreciate the motivation factor here - thanks !!! )

He has a good eye for capturing the female physique at it's most ripped and vascular.
I have a lot of admiration for ladies who look this, God knows how much dieting down they must do to look like this!! Plus, I think it looks beautiful. I am and always will be a huge fan of the "ripped to shreds" look! :carrot:
