I know this is good for Figure however, it's just another slap in the face at FBBs.

i hear you MD. how many pro figures can you put one stage. more importantly how do judge them all? hell, there arent but 4 or 5 pro shows for fbb pro anyway. i mean the ms o is held back in the kitchen of the hotel. i guess arnold will be next to have the finals outside the rock o la in downtown columbus. BTW when tang and i went to the arnold in 03 the turnout for women was very good. so maybe arnie will only take his name off the event and not the fbb.
i think they should give more fbb procards. they can only benefit by collecting their pro dues and entries.
just my opinion

they want to change the look of FBBing but they allow so few in at a time it's next to impossible to truly get a "revolution" started...you'd think they get it by now that we're not going anywhere and we love what we work so hard for...you want new faces and new physiques? great! award more pro cards to get more variety and competitiveness onstage...

I agree with the amount of pro cards being given out. I am a fitness competitor and they took away the opportunity to earn 2 pro cards in fitness by removing fitness from the USA's and making it a Figure pro qualifier. Fitness competitors now have 2 chances to try and earn their pro card versus 3 opprtunities as we had in the past. Just had to chime in about this...
The Jr. USA's is a great show. I competed in it in 2003 and really enjoyed it.

oh Tres and Shannon are awesome at the Jr USA. i just cant figure out how the fitness procards go down, fbb doesnt get any, but figure gets more opportunities?
Thats not a reflection on Jr USA or Tres, because it began with the NPC/IFBB.
Why not give more fitness pro cards. The figure division almost eliminated fitness. I mean why do a one and two piece comparison and a fitness routine when you can go pro faster or more opportunity without the display of physical agility and gymnastics. humm

The solution is simple. If you're a fitness competitor, then just do figure, get your pro card, then compete in pro fitness. If you're a bodybuilder, then just do figure, get your pro card, then compete in pro bodybuilding.
