Pam Grier needs to get some bodybuilder muscle and drop a few pounds. She's gotten too heavy on this show I just see in glimpses now and then, "The L Word." Jennnifer Beals is in the show with her. Back when Pam Grier was "Foxy Brown," she was not just bad-but she was super bad. She was young. OK, now she is older, but like 9 years ago she was "Jackie Brown." She was real decent looking in that Quentin Tarentino film, "Jackie Brown," and maybe she should have won the Academy Award, but today Foxy Brown with Angela Bassett or better muscle on Pam Grier-that would be super bad.

j-anniston already has the curves and good waste- 10-20 pounds on her would look incredible. I think jenn garner would look pretty good to. I am just not into the whole angelina jolie thing- she seems like such a fraud to me. I think that Topanga from boy meets world had that teenage girl full look that was probably fat, but when you are young somehow that fat looks fairly well proportioned and it is not loose at all. If it weren't for fbb- that young "tight" chubby look 10-15 lbs of well placed firm fat looks pretty good- better than the avg skinny and loose look. Sorry- kind of a worthless reply.

the first five,,most definitely,,i've thought thus myself in times past,,and all of the five have posessed strong looking athletic muscle tone upon their forms at one time or another!!!! pamela sue martin,,,indeed she has the aesthetic to look fantastic with bodybuilder muscles!!!! one other i'd add is the woman that plays pellar on passions!!!! the woman is foxy deisol built,,,with "muscle" underneath those clothes she wears!!!!! saw her in an evening dress with the shoulders and back out,,,hmmmmm hmmm,,she was ass-kickingly hot as hell-fire!!!!!!!! and she has some of the most excellent outer aesthetic body lines ever on a woman,,muscle or otherwise!!!!!!!

She is a beautiful/desireable woman as is, but I think it would be nice to see her after a few months of working out even harder and bulking up just a bit. Maybe she could look something like this:

I had the privelege of seeing the Labatt's Blue Zone photos of her where she was doing side double biceps poses and cartwheels (which is something that Carla Temple did as well in her posing routines). One thing that the photographer did not mention in that article is that the time line for that article was a 5 year period between 1985 when she posed for him and 1990 when she became a centrefold. Pam put on alot of muscle during that time period and was one of a group of bodybuilders that admired Carla Temple. Also if you do a background check on that photographer, you will find that he has an unusual background which may explain why Pam is no longer in contact with him.


Pam was very much involved with the BCABBA crowd at that time. Her first fiance was a bodybuilder named Dan Ilisic. He is the one who photographed her for Labatt's. She worked in a gym called Trendsetters for about 5 years. The gym was on Georgia Street in Vancouver. I recently photographed a FBB'er last year who used to work out with her at Trendsetters. Also here name is not Pamela Anderson. It is just a stage name. I met Pam about 4 years ago and she is similar in size and appearance to Trish Stratus and Deven Jones.

One thing that the photographer did not mention in that article is that the time line for that article was a 5 year period between 1985 when she posed for him and 1990 when she became a centrefold. Pam put on alot of muscle during that time period and was one of a group of bodybuilders that admired Carla Temple. Also if you do a background check on that photographer, you will find that he has an unusual background which may explain why Pam is no longer in contact with him.


Pam was very much involved with the BCABBA crowd at that time. Her first fiance was a bodybuilder named Dan Ilisic. He is the one who photographed her for Labatt's. She worked in a gym called Trendsetters for about 5 years. The gym was on Georgia Street in Vancouver. I recently photographed a FBB'er last year who used to work out with her at Trendsetters. Also here name is not Pamela Anderson. It is just a stage name. I met Pam about 4 years ago and she is similar in size and appearance to Trish Stratus and Deven Jones.

Don't get me wrong, Pam looks Good but I would've Love to see what would've happen If Pamela Anderson would've developed the type of muscular physique that would be considered more marketable like Cory Everson, Valentina Chepiga, Tonia Williams, or even Debi Laszewski for that matter. That would've been cool to say the least.
