Very nice, I love to see the off season look on other fbbers, especially I have to admit, Iris and Dayana. Makes, me want to work hard when I will get ready for my next show, cause, you know ladies it's mostly about that diet!!! These twe ladies, IMO are my heros in this aspect alone :o

Yes, I'll be competing in the USA's! I'm hyped...can't wait! Iris and Dayana, both exude the passion of a true female bodybuilder! I loved the little time I spent talking to them. Definitedly, fbb heroines!

No he learned his lesson after the first challenge! LOL He did break it down in the hotel bar with some fancy dance moves...multi-talented for sure. He's a great guy and FUNNY to be around! :) Thanks, Hans!

If you live in the DFW area then, for sure, you missed a great show!! It is a major boost, indeed. I couldn't get any better words of wisdom than from Ms. Olympia herself! I hope to see you at the next local level show...maybe the Lone Star Classic? Take care, Larg. -Star :)

Well Star...I think I will know who you are, but we will have to work on how you will know who I am ;) I do have all of the local and Pro events on my calendar for the rest of the year. Who knows I may even get adventurous and go to Nationals (unfortunately it looks like I have a conflict for USAs :( )

I'm live literally 10 minutes away from the show venue so I hope to see you there as well. BTW, in person, I am even more shy than I am in this forum...so if you hear a really squeaky, bird-like voice and turn around to see who it is...it's probably me...lol Will you be strictly attending or will you be working the show?
