HPHey Heather it was a pleasure meeting you, your husband and his friend over at the Europa booth right by Ms. Olympia Yaxeni Oriquen and Charlotte Pro Show Winner Jitka Harzimova. I'm also glad to have met up with a couple of my fellow Metro Detroiters as well as Michiganians (or Michiganders): Colette Nelson, Malea Jensen, Cynthia Bridges, Laura Mak and Karen Zembra.

And Heather you look very Beautiful in Person as you are on the web. Good luck at the Jr. Nationals. I'll be attending the IFBB North American Championships in Cleveland to root for Christine Moore, Anne Sheehan and Rhonda Detlefs. And I'll be back at the Arnolds in 2007!! :)

WOW!
Your a very lucky guy Chris!
Hope you had a great time at the Arnolds, wish I could of been there! :carrot:Heck Yeah I had a great time at the Arnolds but I almost didn't make it because of car trouble right before I left Detroit and so I had to rent a car from Avis Rent-a-Car (The best rental agency in the business I highly recommend them) And I didn't arrive At the Arnolds until the final judging (posedowns) for the Women's Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure.

Now let the "Motor City" fan speak on this the competitors for the Men's & Women's Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure look much better and well conditioned than at the Olympia Weekend. Plus I've had the pleasure of meeting Robert Kennedy (from Musclemag International Magazine),Tosca Reno, Lonnie Teper (from Ironman Magazine), Windy City Strength (from here at the forums), Renee Toney. I've also had the pleasure of meeting Shawn Ray, Flex Wheeler, Quincy Taylor, Dexter Jackson, Johnnie Jackson, Richard "Tricky" Jackson, Darrem Charles, Melvin Anthony, Kris Dim, Terry Harriston, Dave Henry, Mr. Natural Olympia John Hansen, Bob Chicerello as well as some of my Heroes in the sport for I have a mad, mad Loving, props and respect for: Ms. Olympia Yaxeni Oriquen, Betty Pariso, Lisa Aukland, Jenny Lynn, Adela Garcia, Kim Klein, Monica Brant, WNBF Heavyweight Champion Karen Miller, Debbie Patton, Heather Pedigo , Cathy Lefancois-Priest, Monica Martin (from FT Webcam), Debbie Bramwell, Carla Salotti, Kristen Nicewarner, Tina Jo Orban, Chastity Slone, Julie Childs, Julie Palmer, Dena Westerfield, Lauren Powers, Fitness International & Fitness Olympia Carol Semple, Brenda Kelly, Laurie Vaniman, Brenda "Bee" Smith, Gerri Deach, Sheila Bleck, Kim Harris, Tanji Johnson, Jitka Harazimova, Timea Majorova, Valerie Waugaman, Carla Sanchez, DeeAnn Donovan, Elaine Goodlad, Danielle Hollenshade, Michelle Flake, Colette Flack, Lori Cologenesi, Amy Nelson, Terry Mooney, Lisa Bickels, Stephanie Wolsford & Laura Phelps.

I was hoping to meet Cindy Phillips, Britt Miller, Mindi O'Brien, Michelle Ivers-Brent, Kristy Hawkins, Bonny Priest, Christine Roth and Beth Roberts in person but I wasn't fortunate enough. Oh well maybe next time. And like I said before I was glad and proud to meet my fellow Michiganians/Metro Detroiters: Colette Nelson, Malea Jensen, Laura Mak, Cynthia Bridges, and Karen Zembra.

So Femalemusclefan I was very, very pre-occupied (with the Ladies of course). I highly recommend to all Fans of Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure to attend the Arnold Fitness Weekend it's well worth the price, trust me. :dj_spnnin :)

PS: Please forgive me my other Hero (IFBB Pro Gina Davis) for my long reply, It's my 1st Arnold's in Four years. Plus It was Great seeing Both Mr. Olympias Governor Arnold Schwartzenagger and Lee Haney on stage while The Governor was giving Lee Haney a Lifetime Achievement Award. Big Time standing ovation at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium was well deserved.

CB we need pictures of you and the girls.....Nah, trust me you don't want to see my mug shot. I'm not very photogenic(LOL). :p

Me personally I would rather see photos of my Heroes instead my face splashed on the web. Remember there are haters out there. I just rather keep my face a mystery ;)

I also want to thank Windy City Strength for allowing me to say Hi to Sarah Dunlap on the cell phone. Sarah is another one of my Heroes that I would love to meet in the future. A definite future Ms. International & Ms. Olympia and one of the most Beautiful Women (Bodybuilding or otherwise) on the continent, let alone the world.

That's a Beautiful photo of Heather, Gene. It's like I said before It was a pleasure to meet Heather in Person right by the Europa Sports Booth at the Arnold Expo. I will say this without any controversy, after seeing Yaxeni, Betty, Jitka, Kim Harris & Lisa Aukland in person over the weekend I will say this I hope that the 3 of them will Make it to the Olympia Weekend this fall and will I hope that either Yaxeni, Betty, Jitka, Kim Harris or Lisa would win because their physiques are what Women's Bodybuilding's all about, Hardcore but at the same time very Beautiful Sexy and Feminine the way I love it on a Woman.

I saw on the Arnold thread folks was getting heated over the Iris vs Yaxeni situation but after seeing the Ladies (from the above paragraph) up close at the Expo I thought that Yaxeni should've won Yaxeni's body was Beautifully Ripped, Tight & Sexy. And at 172lbs (from what I was told her contest weight at the time) She doesn't look that heavy to me but she looks more like she weighed at 145-146lbs, very Lean and cut with low body fat. So I guess what they say is true about Bodybuilding, it's a great illusion. You can come into the contest at a heavier weight but because of the low bodyfat levels come contest time you'll look much sleeker and leaner than what you'll actually weigh Monica Brant should've won in Figure portion of the Ms. International and as far as Fitness goes it could've gone either way between Adela Garcia and Jenny Hendershott (both Women looked Beautiful & Attractive) I'm glad that I'm not a judge.

And it was cool meeting Dena Westerfield, She is as Beautiful in person as she is in the Magazines and on the web. The Same with Kim Harris, Gerri Deach, Sheila Bleck, Carol Semple and most of the other Women Bodybuilders, Fitness & Figure Women over the weekend. I love seeing a Woman of Muscle up close for sure. And I don't want to forget my fellow Midwesterner Heather Pedigo Major Love, Props and Respect to you and the other Beautiful Women at the Arnolds.

I'm just glad that the Athletes (both the Men and Women) are bringing back the credibility as well as symmetry and proportion back to the sport of Bodybuilding which is long overdue. Like I said before the athletes are in much better shape than there was over at the Olympia. Also the Muscletech, Vyotech, VPX, Optimal Nutrition, MHP, Gaspari Nutrition, Champion Nutrition, John Stutz, Pro Tan, Musclemag International, Met-RX, Worldwide Nutrition, Nutrex, Jan Tana, Bodybuilding.com, Six Star, EAS, Europa and GNC booths was the livest booths at the Arnold Expo it was like a party up in there. There was something for everyone at the Arnolds. Like I said I'm looking forward to attending again next year, I had a blast.:dj_spnnin :)

Hey Muscles_1976 (Heather) I would love to pose for a picture for you anyday. I love your physique. I can't wait to see your physique become developed (Freaky Shredded Vascular Ripped) just like Yaxeni Oriquen's, Betty Pariso's, or Lisa Aukland's. Just simply Drop-Dead Gourgous & Sexy.
