I have look through a lot of topics the last two hours and what cross my mind wos all semi sex related pics.... I wonder why ther is so many of them???

I have always seen female fitness/Bodybuilders as females and ther is not need to reinforce that they are females cuz we allrady know they are....

Some how this take away some of the serious part of the sport cuz bodybuliders should focus more at the sport.... I see no problem that female bodybuilders take pictures but maybe it should be more related to the sport then pics with sexy outfits for exampel.... Is more useal that females take pic with sexy outfites then man for exampel...

I don,t see any difference between a female 100 metre olympic runner and a female bodybuilder, bothe are topp sports mans and bothe train very hard, maybe the bodybuilder train even harder and deserve more respect cuz is harder to make the topp...

I think they deserve cradit for only this and they should know it and be proud cuz they are athletes like anyone else,,,, we can respect 100 meter runners who are almost as muscular and thats way i can understand why some don,t respect female bodybuilders and see the hard work...

I,m not any expert and i,m prity new and maybe ther is much that i don,t know about who hide behind this...

If any one feel angry about my post then i,m really sorry and excuse myself !

Well there is a difference between a 100 meter runner and a FBB. The runner is judged or scored based on what they can do where a FBB is judged on how she looks. Now if they included lifting when scoring a bodybuilding contest then there is no difference. Are they still athletes? Yes they are. But the competition part of the sport is much different. So when they post the "sexier" type pics is just showing off their physique and accomplishments in a different way.

First of all tx for the reply BuffD :)

Well i know but what i mean is that Female bodybuilders are not accepted as sport mans cuz some think that the sport are a male sport witch is more then absurd and very sad that some think that only males have the right to look muscular .. What i wonder is how come 100 metre female runners are accepted as sport man since they are very muscular as well, people don,t even think about ther muscularity when they run cuz the community have accepted them.... Is not fair since the year is 2006 and not 1887... I think they only thing who can normalize this sport for the girls is if the sport become un olympic sport , i think that is the key and that day people will not see them just ass sex symbols and instead see the hard work behind everything...

I don,t now how to explain cuz my english suck (sorry for that) but i hope that you somehow gett the point...

where a FBB is judged on how she looks

Can you define that??? i dont think any one should win cuz the best make up or best out fit or pretty eye or hair,,,, you should win cuz you have been the best in the gym and not anything else...

I mean if the look become so importent then the sport can not be taken serious.. I mean anyone have the right to decide witch make up to use but it should not be decicev if ther is a 50/50 situation and the best looking wins (hope you gett the point)

type pics is just showing off their physique and accomplishments in a different way

Why do they do that?? is it cuz some humans look down at tham and they want to show that they can be more female then anybady else???

Well then again the key is if this sport become un olympic sport cuz ther will be much more money involved as well and girls will gett bigger sponsor money...

:o

I think the idea of the sexy pics is to help them fund their sport I don't
really like none contest pics as the athletes are playing up to the camera .

I prefer seeing them either onstage or backstage contest time you can judge
the athlete on their physiques.

Whats everyones view ? CONTEST SHOTS OR NONE CONTEST ?

SHADOWMAN I would be honoured to hear your view . This dude rocks ! :big grin

By looks I mean their physique. Makeup and hair and such are part of it but in my opinion should only be counted when the physiques are just too close to call. As far as the sexier pics go it's just something they choose to do. Alot of guys (even some girls) like to see pics like that. Nothing wrong with it. Bodybuilding will never be an Olympic sport and should never be. I don't really think the general public looks at bodybuilding as only a male sport. The general public really could care less about the men or the women. It's just not a sport that is accepted to most people. That's just fine with me. I like being different and I know my fiance Anne does too.
