WPW- Whats up??

Anyone else having problems with WPW? The last two orders I gave them got screwed up big time. The first one they sent was the wrong order, the last one the DVD was defective. I have been a good customer over the years and have spent a lot of money with them. Very dissapointed lately. Anyone else??

I have been a customer of WPW from 1987 I dont even get what I paid them to send me I gave up on wpw

Recently, I ordered a DVD from them. They sent me the wrong one, but when I e-mailed them and told them of the mix-up, they soon rectified the problem.
I have had no other problems with them, but delivery sometimes takes an eternity!
