I had to let everyone know on the threads that I've posted that the "Freaky Shredded Vascular Ripped" contest shape look that Women like yourself and Debi posess is Beautiful, Sexy & Marketable instead of the Huge Ultra-Massive Bulky look that has damn near destroyed Women's Bodybuilding and have good potential BB as well as promoters to have "figure" on the brain.

I agree Lena, Lesa was phenomenal. I still remember seeing her in the flesh for the first time at the 1999 Ms Olympia. Everyone - including Kim Chizevsky who won her last Olympia title at that show - were gathering in the lobby to go to the competitors' meeting before the show. Then Lesa came out of the elevator. She was unbelievabl to look at, just soooo impressive. I think she placed 4th or 5th at that show - she could never get hard enough, especially having to compete against Kim, but for sheer size and shape she was about the most amazing looking woman I have ever seen. :1eek:

Amazon Lover, I'm glad that you've got it right on post#64 but in the one before that on post#63 most of the Ladies are doing Front Double Biceps poses and if you've attended a live Bodybuilding contest my friend, there's a big difference between a Front or Rear Double Bicep pose as opposed to a Front or Rear Lat Spread so pretty much on this thread I would like to let everyone know that only Lat Spreads and Most Muscular poses are allowed from any Women Bodybuilders, Fitness or Figure Women.

Ok Folks, that's not a Lat Spread. A Lat Spread happens to be when a Bodybuilder/Fitness Athlete Stands with their hands on their hips and their with their Back (Trapizius or "Traps, & the Lateral or "Lats") Muscles flaring out at once standing on their Tip toes.

Even though that's a Beautiful photo of IFBB pro Kim Perez, that's more of a Standing Relax Pose not a Lat Spread. Remember this thread is for "The Most Beautiful & Sexiest Lat Spreads and Most Muscular Poses" not the Standing Relax Pose.

And to some of my fellow posters who've never attended a "Live Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure contest" Local/Region or National Amateur as well as an International Amateur & Pro contests need to start attending those shows so you could learn the different poses (including in the "Posedown") to know the differences between The "Front & Rear Double Biceps", "Side Triceps", "Side Chest", "Front & Rear Lat Spreads", "Calf Raises", "Abs & Quads" & "The Most Muscular" Poses.

Believe me after attending the shows and seeing the Bodybuilders & Fitness Women do it live, (as opposed to seeing it on TV, Print & on the web) then you'll know the difference.

So remember Lat Spreads are the type of pose where the Bodybuilder/ Fitness Athlete is Standing with their Hands on their hips with their Backs Flared out Pretty Wide. :)

Don't know why my "quick reply" the other day didn't get posted.

I had posted that due to my slow computer, the picture of Angela Salvagno as shown in post #201 downloaded very slowly, and as the photo of her body was displayed line by line from her hair to the beginning of the back of her neck area, I couldn't believe how much body there was to her neck - it just seemed to go on and on before her massive shoulders/deltoids came into view. The picture was shocking in its sensuality.

I think of all the men who focus on the chest and butt as areas of femininity and sensuality, and here Angela Salvagno shows another area that screams of sensuality.

The picture of Michelle Neill in post #205 shows an amazing back, too. I contrast both these fbb, in that one shows much more definition, just as beautiful a sight, but that upper shot of Angela Salvagno just struck me as one of the most shocking sights I have seen of how lifting can bring out even more beauty in the female body.

If all Angela Salvagno displayed was that shoulder and lat area, that would be more than enough for me!
