and 7th out of 18 is awesome, especially if the top fine is any indication of the rest of the field...have any comparison shots with her and the ones that finished top five? I'm obviously very biased but I'd be curious to see how she measure up next to the one that placed b/c Heathre was looking awesome!

Shoot.... I really wanted to go to this, the ladies all look great! I work in Bellevue, so that is right in my neck of the woods! But I really wanted to see the Oregon Trail rally too, so was down there watching cars go fast! Hmmm, gorgeous muscular women versus fast cars, it's close I know, but I think I made the wrong choice now! :stupid:

Hopefully next year, the events won't be on the same day, but if so, I am coming to check out the ladies... woo woo!

Congrats to all the competitors, no matter what your placing, it takes so much commitment and determination to even compete on that stage, and I compliment you all!

Thank you for the compliments and support. I have been into bodybuilding for 9 years and love it. This year I have plans of competing in the Oregon Ironman and the Oregon State Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships. I may also compete in the Washington State Championships depending on schedules. Currently I own a gym in Florence- 24 hour 7 days a week card access. I train senior adults both in the gym and in their home. I donate at least 3-4 hours a day to the students from the local schools - helping with training techniques. I love what I do and love helping people reach their goals.
My training schedule precontest is 3am cardio- 4am weight train, 1pm cardio, 4pm cardio slow burn. This routine is 6 days a week- Sunday cardio only and lots of rest.

It's a total shame Suzanne was overlooked, the judges always punish the ladies if they deem them to muscular. :mad:
