Hi! I just did my first figure show (former bodybuilder) Did well 1st in tall. I am confused on some things though. Like how much and what type of tan product to use? Diuretics? Is a combo of dandelion, uvi usri b6 & B12 a good one? Carb loading, whats best the rice cake thing or something else??? Anyone experience willing to help a gal out??? :help:

1st place your first show, Sounds like you already know what you're doing. Congrats!!! My advice is, if it aint broke don't change it! Contest prep for figure is the same as Female BB prep, you just don't need to be as lean. Do you have pictures from your show?

Congrats on doing so well! I agree with Gene...if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If you took first, you must have some idea of what you're doing. And since you've competed in bodybuilding beforel...alot of what you learned there you can apply to figure. Just don't come in as lean.
I diet my figure competitors the same way as I do the bodybuilders...the basics still apply. Color, carbing up, water depletion - they all apply. Good luck with your next show!
