Funny you should mention that...yes, they have!!!

Mike Bogen (from WPW Magazine) took some pics at the Arnold and took one with a tape measure around my right arm. It measured at 16" cold. Needless to say, I was kind of pleased with that! :D

It's July 21-22 - so she's about 10 1/2 weeks out. USA's is the week after that.

Hans, I don't have new pics of Nic and I. Not sure if you've heard from her or not, but she's taking a bit of time off and not planning to compete at the USA's. She talked about doing Nationals...but I haven't heard anything definite.
