Ummm... how about we get THE AMAZING ROBIN PARKER over here??
Robin AND Michelle are classic cases that you only get BETTER with age. Makes me want to WAIT to compete.

Anyone that hasn't seen the clip in the members' section of Robin flexing her quads the day after Nationals needs to see it. Just incredible muscle maturity that takes decades to develop.
Amanda - You're READY. lol. Michelle, tell her!

Maybe she should post some information on her Web site (http://www.lauravukov.com/) that would clear the air of any speculation. If she is going to return, i do not see why her age should have any bearing on that fact, be like nike and 'Just Do It'.
One.

I agree, that clip is killer of Robin. And hans... lol. I'll be ready but nowhere near the grainy dense muscle that these women have. All with the beauty of age, in 10 years, my physique will be completely "off the hook". lol (damn, i've been hanging around someone too long, I'm picking up on sayings now. ha ha)

Female bodybuilders are the only women I know who, when theyre in their twenties, can't wait to be in their thirties.... lol
Patience Amanda, patience!

[B]Interesting to hear, I believe Robin did her comeback last year at the NPC Nationals which she placed a respectable 5th place. It would be also interesting to see Laura if she had what it takes since it has been 10 years since her last show. Can you believe she competed with a back injury in the last few contest during the 1990's. It's ashame that she had left the scene so quickly due to her health which appeared to have resolved now and I also hear from people who know her is that she is getting back on track to get in the best shape of her life despite all the naysayers . She is approaching 50 next year, there is a recent photo of her which she sports a new shorter hairdo and appears to gain her muscle build which she was wearing a red suit she looks to be getting better and appear more exotic than ever.
So hans what are your thoughts on this remarkable with a remarkable story?

Post that recent pic or a link to it if you can. I was at Nationals and the whole excitement level went through the roof when she came onstage. A lot of the pictures I've seen don't convey how impressive she was onstage - a lot of people were saying they had never seen muscularity like it. I knew she had competed back in the 90s but I was amazed when I heard (way after the show) that was around 50. It's fantastic to see.

Her injuries might prevent this comeback. I'd like to see her in person.

Here is a link of this recent photo of IFBB pro bodybuilding superstar who just turn 49 this past May and may have plans for a 2006 comeback and is reported to be working hard in the process of rebuilding what she lost following surgeries in her back and knee following an accident. Here you be the judge.
