When? 2010!!!!
I am determined to get that pro card! My motto on a placard I've had foe years is "NEVER GIVE UP"! Next year will be my 25th year as an amateur. Hi everybody over here at Genex forums/FT vidz. It's been a long time! I will post some off season shots over here up until my show, the Masters Nationals next July. I'll start with these here:
p.s. James let's do a "James Cook" show sometime next year. Maybe around the time of the New York Pro with Anne!!! Big Love, Michelle

Hi Michelle. I'm eager to see you turn pro. In my opinion, you've been overlooked quite a few times for that elusive pro-card. I see you location still says Philadelphia but I know you've been bouncing around a few times. Are you still in New York? Maybe someday we might cross paths and get some training done. That would be neat.

michelle,
you mentioned off-season pics. did you mean those above attached pics where every single muscle striation on your pecs, arms and abs are visible? i am following your amateur career since the mid 90s. the above pics show an excellent combination of muscle mass, shape and vascularity. same as in at least the last 15 years. good luck in 2010!

Well I really don't bench anymore. I've inclined a few weeks ago and that was 155 for 8 reps. But mostly dumbells now! most lately was 70's for reps

WOW!!OMG!! Michelle, I'm just now checking out this thread and you look so Beautiful that I'm Happy for Billy, God Bless Him.
I'm wishing you the Best of Luck on getting that Pro card in 2010 because it's Long overdue seeing you compete & kick butt in the Pros. Much success Michelle.
